Name Meaning: Aphrodite is the name of Ancient Greek goddess of beauty and love (she is commonly associated with the Roman goddess Venus)

Family: Sister (Sakura/Cerezo), Niece (Momoko/Wedding Peach)

Magical Powers:
Ruler of the Angel World who's magic barrier shield prevents attacks by devils, the shield requires angels of her bloodline like Cerezo to protect the barrier.

Flower: While the creators of Wedding Peach may not be aware of this it is interesting to note that there is a variety of Hosta that is known as Hosta plantaginea 'Aphrodite' - here Aphrodite is used as a cultivar.

First Appearance: Tankōban #1

The Goddess Aphrodite is the queen of the Angel World she appears to Momoko through the mirror in her compact to give her directions and tells her incantations that she needs to use, she also appears to Wedding Peach and the other Love Angels to explain things to them when she feels the time is right (for example the history of the Saint Something Four).

She resides in the Angel World and uses her magic to protect her realm with a magical barrier shield that keeps the devil attacks out, however the devils occasionally can create breaches in the barrier that is why Aphrodite relies on her sister Cerezo to protect the barrier and close the breaches.
