In the Viz Media Versions of the manga all the girls transform with the words Wedding Beautiful Flower, they yell out their titles (e.g. Angel Passion Salvia) either as they 'orio-naoshi (dress change)' into fighter form or as their transformations apparently finish (often the reader sees the girls wedding dress selves in the background as they pose in there fighter forms - here is an example)

Scarlett is Angel Salvia, a returnee to Japan from the United States. Her father is Japanese and her mother is American, she was born in Japan but grew up in America. She seems to be cold and is a little distant toward the other Love Angels. She thoroughly dispises all devils, she almost kills Jama-p before Angel Daisy defends him. She also warns Momoko to keep away from Yōsuke.

Unlike Daisy, and Lily, Salvia remembers all of her past life in the Angel World because she awakened her powers a full four years before the other girls when she borrowed her mothers tiara (which turned out to be the saint something new) to play the part of an angel in her school play - Queen Aphrodite appeared to her, calling her Salvia. After this she began to dream about her life in the Angel World, and slowly her memories returned, she developed an intense hate for all devils, especially Uragano. Then one day Sir Limone appeared to her and told her to return to Japan and the town of her birth where she was needed to help the other love angels.

She eventually, through witnessing losses and sacrifices in battle by Devils comes to relise not all devils are evil and that that in life not everything is good and evil, black and white - their are shades of grey inbetween and that anyone can change if they are given the chance.
