Ignis has fire related powers; he first appears after Pluie is defeated. He approaches Amano Takurō who he senses harbours feelings of resentment and jealously towards the world, he offers Takurō strength and skills that can make him more popular in exchange for possession, before Takurō can really react to the situation Ignis possesses him, he uses the boy's body to keep an eye on Momoko, Hinagiku and Yuri.

He sends Rampo after the girls when his attempt to seduce Momoko (in Takurō's body) and get her ring failed (Momoko goes haywire, attracting the attention of Hinagiku, who clobbers Takurō over the head). But Rampo is defeated, soon after the girls find the Saint Something Blue and he tries to steal it from them but he is defeated by them in the following battle and Angel Lily manages to transform the earrings into the Saint Strahl. Ignis also tries stealing the Saint Something Borrowed from Hinagiku by sending his servant Chispa after her but that attack also fails.

Ignis was finally defeated when Wedding Peach's desire to save the life of Amano Takurō allowed her to call upon the Saint Something Old and have it transform into the Saint Crystal, she used her new attack - Saint Crystal Love For You on Ignis who lost his powers and had to retreat, Reine Devil sent another devil Potamos to kill him, when Potamos impaled him with one of her ice spears he ran from her and tried to kill Amano Takurō but couldn't - Takurō offered to get the Love Angels for Ignis so they could heal him but Ignis decided that he'd rather die than beg for an angel's mercy and he drove the spear deeper into his body, killing himself.
