Mrs. Fūma is Yōsuke's mother; she has brought up Yōsuke alone because his father disappeared when he was still only a baby. She is confidant that he will one day return. She and Yōsuke bicker a lot, rather like best friends can bicker.

When she was younger she discovered an injured man, after helping him she found she was falling in love with him and she married him and bore his son, this man was Uragano after being blasted down to the Human World and losing his memory.

When Yōsuke disappears Mrs. Fūma is of course very worried for her son, perhaps more so than some other mothers would be because she lost her husband the same way. She calls the two men her 'treasures'.
